Delayed payment of wages is being actively discussed in the Government of the Russian Federation. In the State Duma a bill, under which will be introduced a simplified procedure for the calculation and recovery from the debtor organization of interest on the amount of debts on wages. Delayed payment of wages to the financial crisis began to take ever greater proportions. Many employers, citing the crisis in the state, time does not pay the earned money to their employees. After which the employee appears right to demand interest on the debt. However, for the last procedure is now quite burdensome. And so the staff are trying in most cases not to use it. In turn, this fact used by unscrupulous employers, months, delaying payment of wages. When the fact of delay in payment of wages after the adoption of the above legislation will be the employer must notify employees in writing of their due wages and interest which accrued in debt. Compensation for delayed payment of wages will collect in a simplified manner. It comes into force a special order of writ proceedings by court order processing, which greatly simplify the judicial process itself.
